General Terms of Sales
All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars.
We use Stripe.com as a payment service provider. You can pay online with your Visa or Mastercard.
All orders are prepared and sent from our organic orchard located at the following address: 2, Chemin du Sous-Bois, Mont-Saint-Gregoire, QC, J0J 1K0.
You can pick up your order for free at our booth at the same address as above. When your order is ready, we will contact you by email/phone.
The picking must be done during our opening hours.
Kiosk Open Hours
7 days / week 10h - 17h
We can deliver to your door in the greater Montreal area, North Shore and South Shore for a fixed price.
Additional charges may apply to delivery fees for remote areas (we will contact you via email).
For now, we do not ship to Canada (except the Montreal area) or the United States. We will announce publicly when we can deliver by mail using Post Canada or FedEx.
Delivery is usually done within 3 to 10 business days (holidays are not included). Delivery to a remote location may take up to 12 business days.
Cancellation of an order
At any time, you can cancel an order "in progress" by contacting us by phone or email. Once the order is "completed", it will not be possible to cancel it.
Returns, exchanges, and refunds
Please check your order right after receipt. Food products are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
In case of error in the order or defective products (a photo will be requested as evidence), we will replace them.
The minimum online purchase must be equal to or greater than $ 50.
